Tipper Williams began her career in Real Estate as “The Rookie of the Year” for the Association of Realtors and continued her real estate career as a Top Producer and Broker being named “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate in 1998” by The International Estates Club.
Her innovative approach to business changed the way licensed agents did business in one state entirely. She encourages professionals of all industries to couple creative ideas with education to create a thriving business model that accomplishes their set goals.
Experience and Education that Led to a Career in Real Estate
Tipper has always had a passion for learning. As a former special educator, she understands the concept of “creative learning”. This equates into a specialized training principle that reaches all types of learning styles in the classroom. She continues to utilize this training style as a current member of the Master Faculty of KWU, engaging audiences of all learning and personality profiles.
She is the founder and former president of Sterling Development Corporation, a company formed to develop residential subdivisions with private equity funds. In the past, she has owned her own real estate firm and mortgage brokerage company prior to joining Keller Williams Realty.
Joining the Keller Williams Family
In 2004, Tipper accepted the position of launching Team Leader and was awarded the “Home Run Launch of the Year” for the Texas/New Mexico Region, where she also accomplished the designation of “Black Belt Recruiter”. In 2005, she accepted the position of General Manager for a privately held group of Keller Williams Offices in the Colorado Region. In August of 2006, Tipper relocated to her home state of Virginia, where she served as the Regional Director for the Virginia/WVA Region of Keller Williams for 3 years.
Currently Tipper resides in the Loudoun County Area of Northern Virginia and is the Operating Principal of 6 offices in the Virginia Region, collectively referred to as “The Keller Williams Virginia Realty Alliance Group”. This group has been named in the Top 100 Brokerages consecutively the last two years in volume and units.
Tipper’s reputation is one that is tough, but fair. She is passionate about developing leaders in the industry, utilizing systems & models, and is a master at building world class leadership teams. Many times she has been heard to say “If you get into business with great people you will build a great business, but you must take care of your people’s needs first and then your business will be taken care of and thrive.”
Currently Tipper trains nationally as a KWU Master Faculty member teaching Business Planning, Team Leader Bootcamp and Operating Principal Bootcamp as well as the MREA Curriculum. She also accepts exclusive events as a motivational keynote speaker for leadership teams & groups in multiple industries and at the University level.
